House Oroboros of Tolos is the Golden Dragon half of the former twinned House Oroboros of Arash.
The current Main Family members are of the younger generation that survived the Rhoynish Wars.
The leader of the House Oroboros of Arash is Dragonlord Rhaegar Oroboros.

House Oroboros has many talents in their dragonriders such as Pyromancy, Blood Magic, and prophetic Dragon Dreams. However, their House specialty in this lineage is ridiculous amounts of Luck. This trait is common throughout all House Oroboros, including the family in Arash, but it is not an absolute that prevents death. The dragonriders of this House are just luckier than most.

The following are laws the members of House Oroboros must adhere to. This list can be expanded or changed at the Dragonlord’s discretion.
Acts of Treason against the House will be punished by Death.
Attempting to sire a bastard to a mother outside of House Oroboros without direct permission from the Dragon Lord is considered an Act of Treason. All parties involved in this act will publicly executed. Sire, Bearer and Bastard.
Hostile acts against our declared allies will be treated as treason pending investigation.
Any acts of harm or misconduct against the children of House Oroboros will result in harsh punishment or potentially death.
All members of House Oroboros must adhere to the same laws and practices set in place for Slave Trade and Ownership and comply with the Mistress of Chain's practices for Slave Ownership. Violators of Tolos' slave laws will be subject to the same fees and penalties as everyone else in the city. House Oroboros however are exempt to some of the taxes levied on slaves.
None but the Dragon Lord may enter the Egg Chamber without direct supervision from the official Egg Keeper and no one not of House Oroboros blood may enter the Egg Chamber period.
Only the Keeper of Eggs or Dragon Lord may remove eggs from the Egg Chamber barring an extreme emergency the require an evacuation that requires the family to leave Tolos or the Egg Chamber is in critical danger. Any member of House Oroboros or outsider caught trying to steal eggs will be executed for treason.
